"Stone Portal" guarantees the absence of defects in the product for a period of 12 months, starting from the date of purchase.
If defects are found in the product during this warranty period, the Stone Portal company will replace the product free of charge on the conditions listed below.

Conditions

1. Warranty services are provided upon presentation by the consumer of an electronic copy of the consignment note together with a photo of the defective product before the end of the warranty period.
2. This warranty applies exclusively to the goods mentioned in the invoice.
3. In case of unprofitability of the replacement of the goods, the Stone Portal company, instead of replacing, compensates for the costs in monetary terms according to the consignment note.
